As Learning and Development Executive, you are responsible for all company Training and Development related activities.Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

As Learning and Development Executive, you are responsible for all company Training and Development related activities.Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop annual training plans and training calendars for the entire hotel.
- Monitor and conduct regular reviews of learning and development initiatives to ensure their effectiveness.
- Provide support for individual and team development, including training initiatives, and experience-based learning.
- Onboarding process, coaching, and mentoring of new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to create specific strategic plans for each department.
- Ensure that current training and development programs are aligned with business goals and effectively contribute to key performance indicators.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Interpersonal Skills and Relationship Management
- Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentation).
- Time management
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
