K4 Technical Services LLC is looking for a Lead Technical Designer with expertise in interior fit-out design to join our team in Dubai. This role requires strong technical design skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

• Take the lead in the design process, delivering innovative and effective design solutions.
• Collaborate with the project management team to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Ensure that all design concepts meet industry standards, codes, and client specifications.

Design Coordination:

• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements seamlessly into the project plan.
• Conduct thorough reviews of architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to identify and resolve potential conflicts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and select suitable materials, finishes, and fittings.

Quality Control and Assurance:

• Review design deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and maintain consistency across design documentation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical design and shop drawings within the interior fit-out industry, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling tools, and rendering software.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out design principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Other: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
