We are seeking an experienced and capable Lead Teacher to oversee tutoring operations and a team of teachers at our learning center. As the Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for managing the tutoring team, developing the educational program, tracking student progress, and ensuring the profitability of the center. Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, onboard, and provide ongoing coaching/development for tutors Create curriculum, select educational materials, and set performance goals for the tutoring program Conduct teacher observations and evaluations to ensure high quality instruction Track key metrics like student performance, parent satisfaction, and profit margins Manage day-to-day operations including tutor schedules, student appointments, and facilities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in education or related field 5+ years experience as a teacher with at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience with curriculum development, performance evaluation, and budget management Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Patient demeanor with proven ability to connect with struggling learners Please send your resume and cover letter
