Job Location :Kuwait Bachelor Degree or Engineering in Computer/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Telecommunication /Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science with minimum 8 years' experience of which 4 years' of experience must be working in Oil & Gas Telecom Infrastructure. (or) Diploma in Computer/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/ Telecommunication/Information Technology/Information System/ Computer Science with minimum 16 years' experience of which 4 years' of experience must be working in Oil & Gas Telecom Infrastructure. Experience in network planning, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment. Experience in survey, planning, budgeting, contracts, business case development, change management and vendor management. Experience in network performance analysis and use of test equipment. Good communication and report drafting skills are essential. Experience in implementation/deployment of large turnkey telecom projects. Strong team management and decision making skills. Proficient in MS-Project, MS- Visio. Upgrade of existing Telecom Network. Technical Reports, Technical Specification & Contract Documents preparation. New Technologies study and introduction and the like. Assisting Company personnel in Planning, design and expansion of Transmission and access network. Study of project documentation and correspondence. Network performance monitoring and reporting. Optimization of Transmission and Access Network. Network benchmarking. Provisioning of operational assistance, problem identification, and resolution. Management field Testing and Acceptance activities with Customer.
