Job Title: React Native and C# Technical Lead (iOS/Android) Specialist Overview We are seeking a skilled React Native and C# Technical Lead with a proven track record in developing for iOS and Android platforms to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant frameworks, the .NET ecosystem, and open-source plugins. Proficiency in the Azure ecosystem, especially Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and knowledge of modern DevOps practices for efficient continuous integration and deployment are essential. Additionally, familiarity with Python and machine learning concepts is a significant bonus, as is knowledge and experience of agile methodologies. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative mobile solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities Mobile Application Development: Lead the development of robust and scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal performance. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong proficiency in React Native, C#, and relevant frameworks within the .NET ecosystem, leveraging this knowledge to architect solutions and address technical challenges effectively. Open-Source Plugins Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate relevant open-source plugins and libraries into React Native applications to extend functionality and accelerate development timelines. Azure Ecosystem: Utilize the Azure ecosystem, with a focus on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), for containerized application orchestration, management, and deployment. DevOps Practices: Awareness of modern DevOps practices for efficient continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing, ensuring seamless application delivery. Python and Machine Learning: If proficient in Python and machine learning concepts, contribute to integrating machine learning capabilities into applications, enhancing functionality and user experiences. Agile Methodologies: Apply knowledge and experience of agile methodologies to ensure effective project management, collaboration, and iterative development processes. Team Leadership: Leverage strong communication skills to provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Documentation and Best Practices: Document technical specifications, best practices, and DevOps workflows to ensure consistency and maintainability of the development process. Promote adherence to established guidelines within the development team. Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in React Native and C# development, with a strong portfolio of iOS and Android applications. Strong expertise in React Native framework, C# programming language, and relevant .NET technologies. Experience integrating open-source plugins and libraries into React Native applications to enhance functionality. Proficiency in the Azure ecosystem, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), for containerized application orchestration and deployment. Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, and deployment strategies. Familiarity with Python programming language and machine learning concepts is a significant bonus. Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.
