You\xe2\x80\x99ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.In this role, you will be responsible for:\xc2\xb7 Acting as primary contact for our client to oversee and manage job preparation, execution and close out-reporting.\xc2\xb7 Managing performance of Production Sloution applications in accordance with agreed KPIs and reporting criteria.\xc2\xb7 Managing HSSE risks related to the deployment and handling of chemicals, activated carbons, solids and catalyst\xc2\xb7 Performing operational reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.\xc2\xb7 Coordinating and monitoring all activities in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries, including engagement with third party supply chain partners.\xc2\xb7 Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:\xc2\xb7 Have a Bachelor study in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering\xc2\xb7 Have 10+ years of working experience in upstream oil and gas operations (preferably within Artifical Lift)\xc2\xb7 Have demonstrated relevant experience of supervision in coordinating operations and service delivery.\xc2\xb7 Be an experienced people leader with demonstrated capabilities.\xc2\xb7 Be capable of executing regional sourcing strategies and plans to ensure supply and minimize outages\xc2\xb7 Have excellent written and oral communication skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.\xc2\xb7 Normal Working Hours, 38 hours a weekWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
