Partner with the best As a Lead Sales Specialist - Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals - Oman, you will be responsible for Production Chemical sales support for our business and to our customers. You will take ownership for Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals growth and sales development to support the changing needs of the customer.
In this role, you will be responsible for: · Implementing process sales strategies for the chemicals business to grow and identify sales opportunities · Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that are aligned with customer's business plan to build growth in Oman · Attending customer meetings on a regular basis to lead business reviews and technical presentations · Interfacing with customers and internal teams to promote teamwork and provide technical expertise, troubleshooting and assistance · Managing account budget, P&L, chemical inventories and coordination of chemical at customer locations · Identifying customer projects to help create new sales growth opportunities. · Applying or leading the application of innovative ideas and systems to create a business or organizational advantage
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have a Bachelors Degree in Chemicals/Chemical Engineering · Demonstrate experience of refinery process, finished fuels additive and treatments · Have solid understanding & at least 6+ years of Oilfield & Industrial chemicals experience · Have at least 3+ years of relevant sales/business development experience · Have understanding of Oilfield & Chemicals market within Oman · Be fluent in Arabic (Desirable) · Have good communication skills and an aptitude for building customer relationships · Show a basic knowledge of presentation and negotiation skills · Have the ability to perform basic field and lab service and communicate performance vs KPI's
