Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

As a Lead Reservoir Navigation Engineer, you will perform technical work both independently and as part of a team, and will take an active role in leading communication between RTS and clients or Product Lines.
As a Lead Reservoir Navigation Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Developing close working relationships with key customer stakeholders and organizations.
• Providing geological/geomechanical/petrophysical/reservoir navigation interpretation and analysis using appropriate, state-of-the-art techniques to provide Best In Class solutions for the client.
• Mentoring junior staff. Training other technical staff. Participating in client reporting meetings. Making technical presentations to clients. Providing routine client follow-up and product delivery.
• Working both independently and as part of multi-disciplined teams. Writing and presenting industry papers and publications.
• Acting as the LOCAL focal point for development, implementation, or optimization of of a deliverable, service, technology, workflow or process.
• Acting as a KEY contact to the customer for a product/service or set of products/services.
• Enhancing existing processes and techniques to optimize multi-product/system solutions
• Involving in Energy Transition project execution at LOCAL/REGION level.
• May assist with authoring training content and/or faciliate formal internal training courses.
• Openly shares competitive information with SMEs and Technical Sales team. Collaborate with region Technical Sales on SAS (TAM) of services in area of expertise.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Engineering/Technology).
• Have minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Well Placement and Reservoir Navigation Services.
• Demonstrating working knowledge of discipline topics and ability to speak with clients about discipline applications.
• Demonstrating proficiency in discipline related software.
• Have experience in multiple regional petroleum basins/provinces and understand their geological settings and reservoir complexities Demonstrate ability to build rapport and networks across complex organizations and disciplines.
• Have ability to mentor, coach and develop others with effective oral and written communication skills in English.
