In addition, a series of strategic partnerships, signed in practically all continents, support the Company to perform multidisciplinary engineering, service, service management, inspection & expediting, recruitment & hiring of local personnel.Main activities and responsibilities:- Carry out mechanical design in accordance with international standards using dedicated software;- Produce and/or review technical specifications for static equipment;- Produce documentation required for submitting Requests for Proposal for static equipment to suppliers;- Review technical proposals from suppliers and prepare technical tabulation, after interfacing directly with the various parties involved;- Follow-up activities for the detailed engineering phase such as: verification of engineering drawings and related mechanical calculations of pressure components and static equipment produced by the supplier;- Collaborate with all departments involved (Process, Instrumentation, Piping,...) in order to obtain the necessary information in the required time and manner;- Compile summary sheets of loads acting on supports, weights of firefighting, insulation, painting and auxiliary structures of static equipment;- Participate, when required, for critical equipment in the major phases of construction, testing, assembly, and commissioning.
Realize Mechanical Design in accordance with international standards using dedicated software;
Realize and/or revise technical specifications related to static equipment;
Realize documentation required for submitting Requests for Proposal for static equipment to suppliers;
Review technical proposals from suppliers and prepare technical tabulation, following direct interfacing with the various parties involved;
Follow-up activities for the detailed engineering phase such as: verify engineering drawings and related mechanical calculations of pressure components and static equipment produced by the supplier;
Collaborate with all departments involved (Process, Instrumentation, Piping,...) with the aim of obtaining the necessary information in the required time and manner;
Compile summary sheets of loads acting on supports, weights of firefighting, insulation, painting and auxiliary structures of static equipment;
Participating, when required, for critical equipment in the most important phases of construction, testing, assembly, and start-up.
+2 years of static equipment design (heat exchangers, pressure vessels, etc.)
Familiarity with the following codes: ASME VIII Division 1/2, API 620, 650, 660, 661, TEMA, EN, PED
Thorough knowledge of using static equipment design software such as PV-Elite, Compress, TANK, etc.
Master's degree in mechanical engineering or diploma in mechanical engineering
Fluent knowledge and writing of the English language
Willingness to travel for short periods in Italy and abroad
Adaptability, dynamism and ability to work methodically
