Analysis of well profile
Gas handling unit consisting of
Separation unit
Acid gas removal unit (AGRU)
Gas Dehydration along with mercury removal unit and NGL recovery
Sales gas compression
Sulfur Recovery Unit along with Tail Gas treatment unit
Carbon capture unit with CO2 treatment and compression.
With utilities like
Steam generation
Condensate handling system
Fuel gas system
Flare system
IA / PA / N2 system
Chilling water system
Skill set
Inter-discipline coordination
Review of process deliverables
Supervision and perform process simulation, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing
Technology, licensor selection
Participate in design review. HAZOP workshops
Experience OR Qualifications
Minimum Overall 18+ years of oil & gas experience.
Must have at least 5 to 8 Years experience working in SRU and Gas Processing projects.
Bachelors degree in engineering is a MUST.
FEED experience is a must.
PMC experience is an added advantage.
GCC experience required.
