Position overview: Reporting directly to the production manager, our future production coordinator will have as main mission management of production activities and daily follow up of production KPI's in adherence to health and safety standard and quality requirements.
Your missions: Supervise and Manage people in Lead prep achieving safety, quality and productivity forecasted Track and Report key operational metrics and improve continuously using CI tools (kaizen, 5S, lean, ...) Perform LPA and follow all production area action plans to achieve plant objectives and succeed audits Reinforce the safety rules regarding the use of machines. Analysis and Improvement of productivity Application of systems and methods defined Develop CI Culture, encourage Innovation & kaizen share with Lear sister plant via BP
To be successful for this role: At least 5 years in wiring and production team management. Minimum education degree Bac+2 in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer sciences. Good Communication skills
Language Skills: French. English.
