As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger - together.The AVP Marketing Business Partnerships is responsible for creating and executing consumer focused marketing campaigns and activities across a portfolio of products to drive revenue and acquisition across new to bank and existing customers.The role reports to the VP Marketing Business Partnerships CBG Credit Cards. This role can be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi with travel between emirates.Job specific accountabilities:
Develop overall marketing plans and execute all marketing activities and campaigns for cobrand credit cards, spends activities and FAB Rewards to deliver against set annual marketing objectives.
Lead the delivery of marketing campaigns and activities for assigned areas
Work with internal business stakeholders to deliver against requirements with quality marketing in the right channels at the right time
Manage above the line and below the line marketing requirements by working with creative, media and digital agencies starting with development of briefs through to execution
Work with third party partners to market co-branded products and collaborate on co-branded campaigns
Maximize the activation of FABs sponsorship assets to drive revenue or acquisition for products
Analyse customer intelligence and marketing channel effectiveness to create target audiences and deliver conversion driving assets to the right customer at the right time
Track marketing performance pre, during and post launch to ensure timely identification and effective resolution of corrective actions
Monitor competitive activity, industry trends and internal / external research and integrate where relevant into marketing briefs.
Ability to deliver on executional excellence, managing projects on time and within budget.
Specific Accountability
Work collaboratively across functions including creative, digital, social, ops, research, analytics, activation and PR across all products. * Functional areas covered: Credit cards (specifically cobrands), card spends, branches, sales, FAB mobile app and FAB Rewards.Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelors degree in marketing or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
8 years relevant experience in marketing with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing responsibilities.
Other required experience:
Experience in a marketing role working with agencies and teams.
Marketing background from FMCG / banking business preferred. Lifestyle brand experience a plus.
Experience of working with global, regional and local marketing teams with experience in the region and ideally also developed markets.
