Ensure site facilities are in good condition and are well maintained to fully optimize facility assets life cycle. Report maintenance requests and observed defects to the help desk and monitor actionsKey Accountabilities:
Check & ensure that the site facilities in good condition and are kept clean & tidy.
Checks gas leakage, water leakage, generator fuel leakage, grease traps, sewerage tanks.
Conduct daily check up on drainage systems, Sewerage Treatment at work site & other facilities to maintenance of equipment at operations.
Check cleaning equipment & preventive maintenance of equipment at Operations.
Check cleaning equipment & preventive maintenance of the same is done
Coordinate & monitor with the maintenance team for related maintenance jobs routine/ urgent
Clear the grease putting chemicals on the drainage system, once a month
Support the housekeeping team in attending to employees complaints.
QualificationsQualification:
High School (8th Standard) OR Secondary School education with certificate in Housekeeping / Cleaning or Facilities Management or Hospitality Management. Further qualifications, courses or professional qualification will be regarded favourably.
Skills, Competencies and Experience
A minimum 5 years relevant experience in Housekeeping / Cleaning industry with 1 to 2 years supervisory experience
Must have a good understanding of and experience with business operations in the Facilities Management and/or Cleaning industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills, team management skill and the ability to work independently are all essential to this role.
The following skill set will need to be demonstrated: Planned periodic maintenance, staff management, asset life cycles, maintenance scheduling, and a full knowledge of all health and safety regulations including safe use of hazardous chemicals.
Middle East experience required.
Technology proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations and other applications)
Driving license preferred but not required
