Our client, a leading Engineering Consultancy Firm in Oman, is looking for a Lead-International Projects and Marketing person to join their team. & Role:
Coordinate with client and delivery team on different projects. Be part of new strategy development for entering European Market. Convert the leads by determining their needs and explain about the company Services (No New client development required). Generate meetings by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market company solutions to potential customers. Provide detailed information about the services to potential clients. Travel and meet with prospective clients in and outside Oman. Identify new tenders from government site and gather required insights. Handle proposal clarifications and get necessary clarity. Support in opportunity pre-qualification. Coordinate with technical team to prepare the technical proposal based on client requirements. Consult with management on commercial aspects of proposal. Additional Requirements: At least 2 to 15 years of experience in Operations, Tendering, Proposal, Marketing, pre-sales. (2 level of resources required Junior & Mid-Level). Bachelors Degree in Engineering any discipline / MBA or (other related relevant Degree). Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive strong presence. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement. Effectively manage objections to a positive resolution. Fluent in English. Arabic Knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with GCC Market is a plus.
