Develop and oversee design documentation for all project stages, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to project timelines.
Ensure project budgets are managed effectively, aligning design concepts with financial constraints.
Act as a mentor and facilitator, leveraging your expertise to cultivate the growth and development of design staff.

Prepare detailed FF&E and fixed finishes specifications for projects, offering rationale for design decisions.
Demonstrate the ability to independently generate comprehensive design concepts.
Actively participate in meetings and on-site surveys, and competently record and disseminate minutes.
Regularly attend and contribute to weekly project meetings.
Maintain meticulous daily timesheets, plan activities efficiently, and adhere to company administrative protocols.
Attend team meetings to coordinate and advance design packages, photographing sample boards according to company standards.
Skillfully cross-coordinate information from specifications to drawings.
Proactively track and follow up on requested information to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a high level of organization to ensure that tasks are completed within project deadlines.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with suppliers while staying updated on new and innovative products.
