What you'll be doing


This Identify & Access Management role is responsible for providing technical leadership and ensuring the successful implementation of the Identify & Access Management horizontal stream of the Transformation program.


This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust IAM strategy that aligns with organizational security policies and the specific requirements of SAP environments. The IAM Lead will configure and customize SAP IAM solutions, integrate IAM services with SAP modules, and ensure compliance with best practices in access governance.


Responsibilities include:

• Managing the full lifecycle of user identities, from onboarding to offboarding
• Implementing advanced authentication mechanisms
• Ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, and other related SAP technologies


The role also involves leading access reviews, compliance audits, and the migration of legacy access controls to SAP systems.


This role will work closely with SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM) solution, and therefore prior experience with this solution and integration to S/4 HANA is a mandatory requirement for the role



This role will align with functional technology streams in the program to ensure that the requirements of each functional area are effectively captured in this streams' scope, and to ensure that dependencies required of functional streams are well managed into Identify & Access Management



This role requires knowledge of ERP and enterprise systems, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Education and Professional Certification:



• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, ERP certifications) is a plus
• Prior experience with SAP solution and integration to S/4 HANA is a mandatory requirement for the role
