•- Research and identify key industries and businesses where the company's solutions can add value.•
•- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve individual and team goals.•
•- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors.•
•- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B and TMS customers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.•
•- Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions and agreements with customers.•
•- Provide after-sales support and manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure customer needs are met.•
•- Prepare regular sales reports, outlining progress, leads and sales targets.•
•- Work closely with the Sales Manager to optimize sales tactics and meet KPIs.•
•- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies if necessary to improve results.•
#### •Job Experience •
• •Experience required: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in B2B, SaaS or transportation/logistics sectors.•
• •Education Level: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.•
• •Proven experience in B2B sales or selling technology solutions (TMS experience is a plus).•
• •Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.•
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.•
