We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist - Real Estate to drive high-quality leads for our property sales and investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong experience in B2C/B2B lead generation, and expertise in digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM management. This role requires someone who can identify, qualify, and nurture potential buyers and investors while ensuring a steady pipeline of leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and attract high-quality leads interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
Conduct targeted outreach to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and end-users looking for off-plan and ready properties.
Develop strategic partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and property investors to expand lead sources.
Lead Qualification & Conversion
Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and investment potential before passing them to the sales team.
Educate potential clients about real estate investment opportunities and market trends.
Maintain a high conversion rate by implementing follow-up sequences, appointment scheduling, and relationship-building tactics.
Ensure timely and personalized communication with leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
CRM & Data Management
Manage and track leads in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to ensure proper documentation and follow-ups.
Monitor and analyze lead performance metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.
Segment leads based on buying intent, investment goals, and location preferences.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, new project launches, and policy changes affecting property investments.
Conduct competitor analysis to refine lead generation strategies and gain an edge in the market.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Suggest improvements for marketing campaigns based on lead data and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation within the real estate industry (preferably in Dubai).
Strong knowledge of off-plan and ready properties, investment opportunities, and luxury real estate.
Experience in LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp marketing, cold calling, and email marketing for real estate.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Ability to analyze real estate market trends and identify high-potential prospects.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other real estate listing platforms.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and lead generation campaigns for real estate.
Understanding of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
