Job Summary:

YABS Public Relations Management is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and converting them into potential clients. If you are skilled in building client relationships and have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai market, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate new business leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with YABS' PR services.
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Dubai.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead generation in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai market and its business culture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in English is required
