Job Description

The Expert is responsible for supporting the Sales Team through lead generation and nurturing prospects This includes the nurture of all inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, social channels, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns. The Expert is also responsible for proactive lead generation and contributing towards the marketing-influenced funnel engagement metrics through cold calling, social campaigns, email nurture tracks, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on the latest trends in digital real estate marketing, stay updated about the current real estate market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities, analyze market data to identify potential leads and areas of growth.
• Create Search Engine Optimization, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns and Email Marketing campaigns.
• -Detailed and advanced knowledge of digital marketing and social media management (campaigns, lead generation, google AdWords paid campaigns).
• Manage and create unique and exceptional landing pages.
• Manage and create daily online advertising and lead generation campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
• Extensive knowledge in SEO.
• Create remarkable strategies to maximize lead generation.
• Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads, analyzing performance to refine and improve outcomes.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages
• Expert in tracking and generating reports on the campaign results.
• Leverage tools like Google Ads and landing pages to maximize reach and impact.
• Measure and execute conversion results.
• Assess and evaluate new trends and technological developments that aid in marketing and lead generation.

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Must have Excellent communication skills, with grit and determination
• 'Out of the box' thinker for methods of obtaining target
• Must have ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
• Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have high energy.
• Must be motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information.
• Must be a team player with strong initiative, excellent PC skills and ability to quickly build extensive knowledge of IBT product offerings and that of competitors.

Company Visa and Medical Will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
