Role Overview:
The Lead Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our real estate sales team. This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing lead funnels, and analyzing data to enhance lead generation performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in real estate marketing, digital advertising, and CRM management, and is driven by achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Campaign Development:
• Design and implement lead generation strategies across various digital channels (social media, PPC, email, SEO) to meet monthly lead targets.
• Develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and campaign structures that resonate with target audiences interested in off-plan properties.
• Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages to increase conversion rates.
Performance Optimization:
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, CTR).
• Conduct A/B testing on creative elements, copy, and targeting to optimize campaigns for lead quality and conversion.
• Lead Nurturing & CRM Management:
• Manage and segment the CRM database to ensure lead information is organized, current, and effectively nurtured.
• Work closely with the sales team to set up lead qualification criteria and optimize lead nurturing workflows.
• Implement email marketing strategies for different buyer personas, using personalization and automation to nurture leads through the funnel.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing materials and smooth lead handover.
• Act as the main point of contact for external marketing agencies or vendors to ensure consistent campaign quality and ROI.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Regularly analyze the competitive landscape to refine lead generation tactics and position our offerings effectively.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on campaign performance and future opportunities.
Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on lead generation, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
Skills:
• Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid social, PPC, email marketing, and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven experience in managing lead generation budgets and optimizing spend based on performance.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
