Key Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company's comprehensive services and technological solutions. Utilize multiple channels, including email and social media, to reach potential prospects.
• Advocacy & Communication: Serve as a well-informed representative of company, articulating the benefits and features of our offerings clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to ensure they meet specific criteria and contribute effectively to the sales pipeline. Maintain a balance between volume and quality of leads.
• Lead Nurturing: Engage in consistent follow-up with leads through personalized communication, providing them with relevant information and updates about company's value propositions.
• Team Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and alignment on sales strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and potential areas for improvement.
• Tracking & Reporting: Meticulously document all interactions and activities in CRM software. Regularly analyze and report on lead generation results to identify trends and areas for strategic growth.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and company's evolving service landscape to improve lead generation tactics. Experiment and implement new strategies for optimizing lead engagement and conversion.
This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong ability to communicate value and build relationships. The successful candidate will play an integral role in growing company's market presence and contributing to the company's growth strategies.
