Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilize various methods, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach, to generate high-quality leads.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
• Data Management: Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information.
• Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and industry partners.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the sales and marketing team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and assist in developing strategies to convert leads into sales.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the real estate or investment sector.
• Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
• Networking: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
