Job Description

Job Summary: The Appointment Setter is responsible for generating qualified leads and booking sales calls for our sales team at Logo & Co. This role is vital in driving the agency's growth by identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling appointments for the Head of Sales or Sales Executives. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong persuasion skills, able to efficiently manage lead pipelines and contribute directly to the agency's sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

? Identify and research potential clients across various industries who may benefit from our services.

? Utilize social media, online databases, and other channels to find leads and build a list of potential clients.

2. Initial Contact and Outreach:

? Initiate contact with leads through cold calling, emails, social media messages, or other outreach methods.

? Introduce the company's services, highlight key benefits, and engage potential clients in meaningful conversations.

3. Appointment Setting:

? Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.

? Schedule sales calls or meetings for the sales team, ensuring that all necessary details are accurately recorded in the CRM.

4. CRM Management and Lead Tracking: ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.

? Monitor the progress of leads through the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales team.

5. Follow-Up and Nurturing: ? Conduct follow-up calls or emails with leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked a call.

? Nurture relationships with potential clients, keeping them engaged and informed about our offerings until they are ready to schedule a call.

6. Performance Reporting: ? Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, the number of appointments booked, and conversion rates.

? Analyze the effectiveness of outreach strategies and suggest improvements to enhance lead generation and appointment-setting performance.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: AED800.00 - AED1,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
