Job Description
Mark Williams is recruiting for a Lead Frontend Engineer for a leading for a tier-1 regional bank in Dubai The role will oversee and maintain IT applications and services to support strategic goals. Ensure technical excellence and governance of Engineers within the teamResponsibilities:- Lead and mentor the frontend engineering team, ensuring high-quality code
- Develop and test IT products, reviewing team contributions
- Design, build, test, and automate IT solutions
- Improve Continuous Delivery processes and deploy IT products
- Monitor IT product performance and usage
- Participate in grooming and planning sessions to provide technical inputRequirements:- Excellent programming skills and communication abilities
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, TailwindCSS, NextJs)
- Strong knowledge of mobile technologies, especially React Native
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- Familiarity with performance optimization, RESTful APIs, and infrastructure knowledge
- At least 10 years of software development experience in Agile teams
- Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, and unit testing frameworks
