Job Summary: As the Lead Front End Developer, you will take charge of our front end development efforts. In time you will lead a team of talented developers and be instrumental in crafting immersive user interfaces that elevate the digital experience for athletes, fans, and administrators alike. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, back end developers, and stakeholders to drive technical excellence and ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of front end developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Front End Development: Drive, develop and implement an intuitive, pixel-perfect UI designs using React.js.

User Experience (UX) Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Code Quality: Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Innovation: Contribute to the innovation of new features and enhancements, driving continuous improvement in our products.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve front end issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Project Collaboration: Work closely with back end developers and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that meet business requirements and deadlines.

Technical Evaluation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in front end development, with proficiency in JavaScript and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks

Extensive experience with software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
