Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead Foodservice and Laundry Designer who will collaborate with the design team which delivers operational designs and strategies for BOH operations. This includes the operational and technical requirements of commercial grade facilities from kitchens, laundries, service facilities and organic waste management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for foodservice design, a strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to translate customer needs into compelling design solutions. Key Responsibilities (Non-Exhaustive List) \xc2\xb7 Developing commercial kitchen and laundry design concepts in Revit. \xc2\xb7 Developing operational designs and strategies for hotels, high end resorts and premium restaurants. \xc2\xb7 Developing equipment schedules and MEP Drawings. \xc2\xb7 Developing detailed elevations and sections. \xc2\xb7 Producing Equipment specifications and material submittal reviews. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing and editing shop drawings and transmittals. \xc2\xb7 Coordination and technical support for clients (attending meetings, minutes, budgets, miscellaneous). \xc2\xb7 Reporting to the senior designers on a regular basis of the status of the projects. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or any related field.
• Proven experience in foodservice design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and other similar tools.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent professional English communication skills.
• UAE experience is a plus.
