We are looking for a talented and creative florist for our art space

• Organization all floristic work in Maria German Flowers Dubai
• creation of floristic products of various types: bouquets , floristic decoration and location decoration on private and commercial events, brands and other companies (restaurants, hotels, boutiques)
• implementation of a project for floristic and decorative design regard to approved design project
• monitoring the compliance of manufactured products with the technical and creative requirements, artistic supervision
• processing requests from potential customers: making an artistic, creative solution for floral design
• development of original floral products of a high degree of complexity in various styles and techniques
• creation of unique, branded bouquets using flowers, natural and artificial plants
• monitoring the realization timing of orders, projects
• communication with clients on ongoing projects, prompt coordination of necessary issues with them
• processing of new requests from potential clients, making a creative proposal within their tasks
• making cost estimates, budgets for the implementation of floristic works, floristic and decorative design, works for the care of flowers in the composition and plants
• coordination of budgets, control and optimization of costs in project implementation
• making monthly expenses for maintaining the smooth operation of the floristic boutique
• communication with suppliers on the necessary purchases to ensure the smooth operation of the company in the floristic and decorative areas
• search for the new contractors, suppliers for the implementation of unique new tasks
• management and planning of the work of florists, coordination of their creative and production activities
• making rules for the storage, transportation and packaging of flower and plant material, monitoring the implementation of these rules
• Work on minimizing flower waste
• Managing the storefront of the retail store and the main page of the website (price monitoring, selection of current seasonal bouquets/compositions)
• Selection of references for hotels and restaurants
• Monitoring the work of florists on site and direct participation as a florist in installation
• Training new florists
• Selection of packaging for bouquets
• Analysis/monitoring of competitors
• Assembly of bouquets for the website/Instagram
• Conducting photo sessions of bouquets and compositions for social networks jointly with florists/SMM/brand manager, as well as shooting salon work videos for social media
• Preparing financial reports, collecting documentation, preparing tax invoices
• Creating a daily task list
• Execution of project manager's assignments
• It is necessary to coordinate the work schedule with the store administrator
• ??The showroom must be opened on time, otherwise it will result in penalties
• It is necessary to send photo reports of all completed bouquets
• Sending videos of the store opening/closing in real-time mode
• Providing daily financial reports to the administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
