Title: Lead Engineer Mechanical Rotating EquipmentLead Engineer Mechanical Rotating EquipmentYour primary role as Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer is to lead the Client Project and support the portfolio facilities to achieve the highest level of reliability for plant rotating equipment through a systematic approach and coordinated efforts. You will also administer a holistic system to benchmark, identify gaps and deploy comprehensive solutions to enhance Rotating Equipment reliability and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will work jointly with subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams supporting/ leading troubleshooting, investigations, and technical programs.Location: The role will be initially based in Abu Dhabi Client proposed office and later move to FEED location ( outside UAE).Minimum RequirementsAs a successful candidate you will hold a :
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
18+ years of experience in the rotating equipment discipline handling rotary packages, equipments design engineering background.
Have previous working knowledge handling ADNOC projects.
Demonstrate knowledge in engineering practices, international codes, standards and specifications, including API610, API611, API612, API614, API 617, API618, API682, API 692, API 691
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage technical discussions and guide technical teams.
