Input to project Schedule, planning, monitoring, and Control
Finalization of Need list from COMPANY
Conversant with International Codes and Standard
Compliance to HSE Philosophies
Good Communication skills and peer management with Client, System OEM and EPC CONTRACTOR
Good peer management among the team and Inter discipline
Manage technical challenges and adopt optimize way forward & resolve with corrective actions
B. Technical Expertise:
Manage large size and complex ICSS System for EPC Project
Preparation / Finalization of Control System Design Basis
Finalization of DCS / ICS specification and amendment of COMPANY Design General specification
Preparation / Finalization of Individual & Overall System Architecture for a complex distributed system having multiple distributed third-party system connectivity through Modbus TCP/IP and Interfaces with higher level application server through OPC Protocol
Develop relevant Cyber Security System Documentation (Topology, Specifications, Network, Port to Port)
Conducting Cyber security risk workshop and closeouts
Preparation / Finalization of Network Architecture inclusive of all network accessories and in compliance with latest OT security requirements
Finalization of existing Control system\'s Modification Scope of work
Preparation / Finalization of technical queries and Technical Bid Evaluation for the different OEM control systems.
Participation and provide input in Design Review, HAZOP, Alarm Rationalization, CHAZOP and SIL workshop
Review & Approval of engineering deliverables for Instrumentation, F&G and Control Systems
Review / Approval for Critical Control system Vendor document such as Functional Design Specification - Hardware and Software, Network architecture and Control system architecture
Attendance in Factory Acceptance Test for New Control Systems equipment\'s (DCS, ESD & F&G - System / Marshalling/ Server / Network Cabinet, Hardware Consoles, HMI accessories etc.
Attendance in Integrated Factory Acceptance Test for New Control Systems with other Modbus TCP/IP and OPC Connected third-party systems
Review / Approval for Control System Change over Philosophy & Method Statement
Technical Risk Assessment for Change over from Existing control system to State of Art New Integrated Control system
Attendance in Site Acceptance Test for New Control Systems equipment\'s (DCS, ESD & F&G - System / Marshalling / Server / Network Cabinet, Hardware Consoles, HMI accessories application Servers as APC, Alarm Management system, Crystal Report, Anti-Virus Server, Plant Information Server etc.
Support to EPC CONTRACTOR during site execution for Control System Changeover
Support in site technical queries and provide way forward
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant discipline (Instrumentation or Electronics) from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region
Experience FEED, Detail design and EPC projects
Knowledge of Third-party Interfaces through Modbus TCP/IP, OPC & IEC 61850 / OPC
Knowledge of Cyber Security Guidance and Standards (NIS, OG86, IEC 62443)
Knowledge of Island Mode of Operation for control system in case of failure of links between distributed control system
Knowledge of Virtualization for the optimization of number of machines
Fully coherent in all international codes and standards
Excellent command of both spoken and written English is required
Assurance of tender and supply for all I&C equipment
Thorough knowledge of DCS, ESD, F&G and SCADA systems generally incorporated in major Brownfield oil / gas offshore projects.
Participation with contribution during P&IDs, HAZOP, and SIL reviews workshop Review and where required approval of work by others
Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage
