The professional that GCea is seeking for will be responsible for evaluating Oil and Gas projects as a Petroleum/Production engineer and making evaluations of the development feasibility of the project. As a consultant, he will handle special projects, as assigned.Essential ResponsibilitiesPetroleum and Reservoir Engineering. Advantage if worked with unconventional reservoirs, for example as displayed in Shale Gas or Heavy Oil.Uses industry standard software tools under supervision to create interpretations or answer products.Recommend activities such as zonal shut-off, plug-back, stimulation, reactivation, perforation, gas lift valves and workovers.Field experience or experience working with Operators and understanding their requirements. Demonstrates an ability to understand the key operating levels of the oil and gas industry.Identify injection and production optimization opportunities for existing clients.Provide production technology input to multi-disciplinary projects, including field development planning, reservoir performance analysis, and reserves estimation and auditing.Has Good knowledge about artificial lift systems and its mechanisms.Can design lower completion.Can build and optimize integrated asset model.Has good knowledge of Stimulation techniques, production enhancement analysis and is able to recommend viable solutions.Has experience of hydraulic fracture modeling and Design.Has knowledge of smart completion modelling and Design in well bore modelling software.Can conduct production-pressure analysis \xe2\x80\x93 PTA & RTA.Demonstrates knowledge dynamic reservoir simulation, material balance, decline curve analysis, PVT and SCAL data analysis; must be keen to learn workflows in reservoir engineering.Can conduct high-level economics analysis for production enhancement opportunity quantification.Basic knowledge of new formation evaluation technologies in the O&G Industry.Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for the delivery of a specified scope of work and travel 20-30% of time.Qualifications/RequirementsHave a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Reservoir navigation services and LWD formation evaluationHave a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Geoscience or Petroleum EngineeringHave a strong understanding of Baker Hughes broad portfolio of LWD technologies and Reservoir navigation servicesDisplay strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.Know processes related to Deal MachineHave excellent problem solving skills with a drive for resultsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
