Overview
The Strategy Consultant is responsible for successfully scoping and selling a portfolio of service offerings designed to help our customers successfully adopt the products they have purchased, to achieve their desired business outcomes. These service offerings include our customer success and platform architect services, implementation services, managed services, training, and enhanced support services. The Strategy Consultant is part of the Customer Operations team. Customer Operations purpose is to accelerate platform adoption and drive customer business outcomes. We do this through a portfolio of services delivered by world class consultants, leveraging our ecosystem of partners, our leading practices, methodologies and tools based on experiences from thousands of customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in Account Planning for strategic and large enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with sales account teams, customer operations team members and ecosystem partners to develop implementation strategies to deliver customer outcomes.
Develop a services strategy in an allocated territory with a target prospect list and a regional services sales plan.
Lead implementation planning - Engage in early phases of sales cycle to determine implementation requirements and readiness.
Conduct Strategy Workshops leveraging the Sprinklr Adoption framework to define a clear operating model with COE, account maturity and implementation scope.
Work with solution consultants and platform architects to develop the solution design plan documents to present to EB as well as key customer stakeholders for solution validation and alignment.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future digital transformation roadmap and driving the right mix of Sprinklr services to meet their needs.
Execute a structured services sales process including qualifying prospects, scoping services, crafting statements of work (SOWs) and leading executive/CxO discussions and positioning meetings to close services opportunities.
Coordinate project handoff to the delivery team and customer success team. Engage where appropriate during implementation design phase to provide oversight and answer any questions from solution design plan.
Build trusted client relationships to capture services related case studies and referenceable success stories.
Engage in new requirements to define scope and draft change orders.
Take learning from each project and incorporate back into pre-sales implementation readiness and scoping best practices to further improve our customer experience.
Qualifications
5+ years of Consulting Experience with a Global SI, Management consulting firm, Big 3 Public Cloud Company, or Large Enterprise SaaS company
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies to define their digital business transformation initiatives and technology journey.
Experience implementing enterprise business systems, call center solutions and/or SaaS Platforms.
Experience working with functional business leaders, identifying business objectives, and developing outcome-focused roadmaps.
5+ years leading architecture design and scoping of large enterprise projects.
Cloud platform certification(s)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project and program management skills
Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.
Customer Focused with a track record of driving results.
Travel up to 50%
