Accountable for driving the success of the offering through the effective merchandising and trading of products online in the operating markets. Become an ambassador for the Landmark brands online and for eCommerce within the concept team. Develop strong relationships with online and concept teams in order to achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profitability objectives. Ownership of the online product merchandising process, ensuring online content requirements are achieved and e Commerce selection is increased. Range management for the online offering, reviewing stock holding and taking the relevant commercial actions. Work with concept and E Com marketing teams to align and drive the marketing calendar online. Work with brand teams to solve any issues relating to inventory, promotions or price Support the development and provision of KPI reporting offline and online. Responsible for daily management and review of product stock availability and manage site product visibility. Review Category(s) sales forecasts & stock requirements for the online channel with eCommerce product merchandisers and input into the brand merchant teams forecasting process. Support the Trading Manager to deliver a shopping list of product opportunities & extended ranges for the online channel to sell and to provide sales forecasts for such products. The management and sell through of the product will be a joint responsibility for both the eCommerce trading and brand merchant teams.
