The Telecaller - Pre-Lead Qualifier will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads for our sales team. This position involves making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their business needs, and determining their suitability for our solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.

Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, including company size, industry, decision-making authority, and expressed interest in our solutions.

Needs Assessment:

Effectively identify and understand the potential client's business needs and challenges.

Information Gathering:

Accurately collect and record relevant information about potential clients in our CRM system.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with potential clients.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a solid understanding of our business solutions and their value proposition.

Follow-Up:

Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain engagement.

Reporting:

Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and lead qualification metrics.

Market Research:

Assist in gathering market intelligence and identifying potential target markets.

Adherence to Scripts:

Follow provided call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a conversational and engaging approach.

Handle objections:

Effectively address customer concerns and objections.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a tele calling or sales environment, preferably in a B2B setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets
