:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading events company seeking a highly skilled Lead Content Producer in the UAE. This role is crucial in curating and delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with event objectives and brand identity. You will work closely with the Executive Producer, overseeing all programming, curation, and guest experience elements.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the conceptualization, curation, and execution of the event experience.- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure entertainment, attractions, vendors, and experiences.- Ensure all event elements reflect quality and brand image.- Oversee logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.- Recruit, train, and manage event staff, volunteers, and contractors.- Integrate sponsorship and marketing opportunities.- Manage the event lifecycle from pitch to post-event wrap-up.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners.- Attend meetings to present and discuss event status.- Create workflows for smooth project delivery.- Enhance guest experience and optimize revenue streams.Requirements- 10+ years of event production experience, managing complex, multi-site events in the Middle East.- Experience in festivals, sports, and large-scale public events.- Strong creative vision and ability to engage diverse audiences.- Professional, self-motivated, and able to drive projects to completion.- Familiar with marketing and sponsorship.- Confident presenter and effective communicator.Preferred Skills:- Experience with F&B and retail activations.- Experience in brand creation and development.- Proficiency in Arabic.Benefits- Attractive Salary + BenefitsIf youre an experienced Event Producer seeking a new challenge, apply now!
