Your role

In the role of a Lead or Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.




Responsibilities

Track lead for I2P track

Solution design, configuration, conversion , training, UAT support , testing and deployment



Required • 14+ years of experience in creating requirement specifications, Solution Design /Configuration and internal/External consulting
• At least 4-5 years of experience as lead/solution architect with strong experience in Oracle Cloud Financials
• Minimum Cloud Implementation experience of 2 or 3.
• Modules - Cloud -AP, Expenses Cloud, AP Taxation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good Analytical skills and Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Experience in coordinating with Business and other teams on issues, enhancements and projects
• Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to client.



Preferred • Added advantage would be - experience in cross functional track like SCM cloud, Procurement Cloud
