Role - Lead consultant
Location - Sharjah, UAEAreas of Responsibilities:

• Configuring and troubleshooting of network equipment such as Cisco routers/switches, IP phones, and Cisco wireless LAN equipment, Firewalls, SD-WAN, Load balancers etc.
• Troubleshoot and report of network performance issues. Provide timely Network related Reports.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills on SD-WAN/WAN, DMVPN, IPSec VPN Routing Technologies (L3 support on WAN, DMVPN, IPSec VPN, Firewalls, PBR, Routing & switching Technologies, Wireless Technologies etc.)
• Good knowledge and analytical skills on packet captures
• Experienced in networking on Data centers and having hands on experience on Firewalls, Nexus Switches, Load balancers etc.
• Good Experience in Network design as per requirement from Client and able to implement on time.
• Document all network changes, configurations, Network Operations Centre knowledge database and shift handover reports
• Mentor for New Engineers in troubleshooting and assist in learning business processes and knowledge sharing to New/Junior Team members.
• Configuring and implementing new deployments or changes in the Network as per process and in compliance with established technology policies.
• Possess a clear understanding of capacity planning in various scenarios.
• Experience on Routing protocols like BGP, OSPF etc. Knowledge of Cisco routing/switching including Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, XR and NX-OS
• Configuring and troubleshooting of network equipment such as Cisco ISR/ASR routers/switches. Strong understanding on ACL, Route maps, policy-based routing etc. Knowledge of ITIL process, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management etc.
• Strong ability to diagnose network alerts, events or issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent Analytical & troubleshooting skills, Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network related issue and Hardware replacement, Flexible to provide support as per Client requirement.
• Troubleshoot and report of Voice/UCCE performance issues.
• Configuration of agents, CUIC profile, troubleshooting issues with Voice and UCCE
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of UCCE and Voice Gateways related issues.
• Good Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Cloud Networking

Professional Competencies:

• Good understanding and knowledge to support escalations that impact business operations and client services
• Strong knowledge on Network Upgrade/migration Activities. Having good knowledge on Image/firmware upgradation of network devices.
• Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, WAN, Wireless Technologies, IP/MPLS, Firewalls, Load balancers etc.
