As a Lead BY WMS Consultant, you will provide technical & functional expertise to the client and to the BY WMS project team. As a Lead BY WMS Consultant, you need to have a complete understanding of the client\'s business processes as well as the technical requirements for successful delivery of BY WMS implementation, maintenance, and support projects. As a Lead Consultant, you need to ensure the overall delivery excellence with strict adherence to the SLAs and KPI commitments to the client. This includes ensuring the client satisfaction and delight in all deliverables. As a Lead Consultant, you also need to mentor the functional and technical consultants on the project team.Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required:

• Bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 9-10 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in BY WMS.
• Should be able to lead and guide a team of functional and technical SMEs.
• Should have experience in implementing BY WMS discrete application followed by rollouts to subsequent DCs.
• Should have experience with customizations in BY WMS and efficient on MOCA development.
• Should be able to play role of Solution Architect based on the requirements.
• Should work in onsite-offshore model and be able to co-ordinate with offshore daily.
• Should have strong trouble shooting skills and propose permanent solutions for the WMS operational and application issues.
• Co-ordinate with client and end-users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents.
• Should be able to lead crisis calls and drive root cause analysis for all critical issues.

Preferred:

• Total IT experience of more than 9 years
• Should have experience working in BY WMS.
• Preferable to have experience in implementing BY WMS discrete application and deploying them across distribution centers.
• Should be proficient in rollouts to different DCs.
• Should be knowing and working experience in Template based approach for implementation and rollouts.
• Preferable to have experience in BY WMS application configuration and customization. Should be strong in MOCA development.
• Should have experience working in Peak Season Support & preparations and should be proactive in decision making for system improvements.
• Preferable to have experience in BY WMS integrations and Support.
• Experience in managing a team of 6+ size would be a plus.

The job may entail 20-40% travel to client warehouse on demand basis along with willingness to work on onsite offshore model.Personal
