Lead Car Mechanic

/ Foreman

to take charge of our workshop operations, while staying hands-on with repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

advanced diagnostics and repairs

on a variety of car models. Lead and coordinate the daily workflow in the workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality. Provide technical guidance and support to mechanics when needed. Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment for smooth garage operations. Assist in identifying parts and materials required for repairs. Uphold safety and quality standards in all aspects of the workshop.

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in car repair and maintenance,

with expertise in diagnostics and troubleshooting. Proven ability to guide and coordinate a team of mechanics while remaining hands-on. Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage. Strong organizational and technical skills with attention to detail. A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. UAE Driving license mandatory
