Position: Lead Car Mechanic
Location: Ajman, UAE

We're looking for a Lead Car Mechanic to take charge of our workshop operations, while staying hands-on with repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a variety of car models.
• Lead and coordinate the daily workflow in the workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to mechanics when needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment for smooth garage operations.
• Assist in identifying parts and materials required for repairs.
• Uphold safety and quality standards in all aspects of the workshop.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in car repair and maintenance, with expertise in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to guide and coordinate a team of mechanics while remaining hands-on.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and technical skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
