Role Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency. Offer detailed information about properties, promotions, and services to clients. Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for the sales team. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system. Ensure outstanding customer service and follow up on inquiries. Work closely with various departments to enhance client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in Arabic and/or European languages is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or call centers is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle client inquiries. Self-driven professionals with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Basic understanding of real estate is an advantage but not essential.
