What You'll Do:

? ?Lead the Creative Process: Own the branding and visual identity development for multiple clients, ensuring strategic and aesthetic excellence. ? ?Project & Team Management: Oversee branding projects from concept to execution, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams. ? ?Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling brand experiences. ? ?Design Oversight: Guide and refine brand identity, packaging, digital assets, and marketing materials with a high level of craftsmanship. ? ?Strategic Thinking: Align branding initiatives with business objectives, ensuring impactful storytelling and market differentiation. ? ?Process & Innovation: Continuously optimize workflows, introduce fresh ideas, and push creative boundaries in branding.

What We're Looking For:

? ?5+ years of experience in branding, design, and creative direction. ? ?Strong leadership and project management skills to handle multiple branding initiatives simultaneously. ? ?Excellent design sensibility with an eye for detail, typography, and composition. ? ?Experience in team collaboration, client presentations, and stakeholder management. ? ?Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. ? ?Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling. ? ?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work on time.
