Has a Sub- tropical, arid climate.What you will doSupervise and train a team of BartendersPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.Interact with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations.Maintain the bar area, including cleaning, restocking, and organizing.Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.Ensure adherence to all liquor laws and regulations.Preferred Qualifications and SkillsPrevious experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
