Partner with the best! As a Lead Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul Wireline Services Engineer, you will participate in discussions about the future of the business. Requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions. This role will have responsibility for the existing Wireline ARMO team in Kuwait. As a Lead Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul Wireline Services Engineer, you will be responsible for: Promoting leadership to the Wireline team in both regions and providing support and ensuring that all services provided are first class. Ensuring adherence to risk, compliance, and data protection standards across designated process areas Fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders across Baker Hughes Handling complex medium term project processes Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs Developing a successful and motivated team through collaboration and training ensuring the team reflects our core values.

Fuel your passion! To be successful in this role you will: Have a BSc degree in Engineering, professional work experience. Have previous working 5+ experience in Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul. Ideally with Wireline background. Be able to travel to plant sites as required. Have a great oral and written communication skills. Have a dynamic interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
