Lawbridge Legal is currently looking for two (2) Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential clients for our legal services. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and effective communication to drive lead generation and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract potential clients using various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and events.
- Conduct research to understand market trends and target audience needs.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads throughout the acquisition process.
- Assess leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the firm's services and capabilities.
- Conduct initial consultations or intake calls to gather essential information about potential clients' legal needs.
- Analyze and report on lead conversion metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
