Title:LCV APS-5 Kuwait: Equipment Maintenance Manager - Contingency

Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

Job Summary Responsible for providing a safe, reliable, and cost effective product to the customer. Ensures that equipment meets company, governmental, and customer requirements. May serve as a member of the NWA team or leader of the regional team. Establishes preventive maintenance program and coordinates maintenance support for the NWA/region. Utilizes CEMS database to develop strategies for maintenance efficiencies, develops processes to ensure compliance with equipment related government regulations, develops technical training courses for employees, and coordinates equipment refurbishment, upgrades, and modifications. Calculates future workloads across NWA/country group and plans manpower needs for supporting service delivery equipment. Typically requires an undergraduate degree and 10 years experience in mechanical maintenance function.
