- contractual work: making changes to existing contracts, checking contracts with contractors, approving protocols of disagreements, drafting additional agreements (main work with contracts for repair work);
- judicial and claim work: processing incoming claims, drafting outgoing claims, pre-trial settlement, conducting court cases on the side of the plaintiff and the defendant;
- enforcement proceedings;
- representation of the company\'s interests in government agencies, including support for administrative audits.
