Job Description
Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support. Draft, prepare, review and negotiate company's contractual agreements, requests for proposals, employment matters, and other legal documents. Assist in developing strategic legislation. Represent the company in legal matters and follow up legal cases. Provide advice and consultation on existing agreements & proposed clients. Ensure business compliance. Communicate with stakeholders on legal matters. Job Requirements: Must be Bahraini Nationality. Bachelor's degree in law / commercial law or equivalent - Qualification to practice as a lawyer (is an advantage). 2 years of relevant experience in the field of law / commercial law. Applicant shouldn't be trainer Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules and regulations. High attention to detail. Strong negotiation, communication and research skills. Ability to prepare complex legal documents. Bilingual (Arabic & English) should be fluent. Excellent computer literacy. Excellent observation and critical thinking abilities. Kindly send your CV
