Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lawyer for our client , a leading hospitality firm in Dubai preferably someone who can speak and write Arabic language. Experience working for an F&B or Hospitality industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of local laws - Knowledge of the peculiarities of local processes in the legal and business parts, - The ability to find solutions in difficult situations and argue your point of view, - Developed communication and negotiation skills to obtain the best conditions for business.
- Legalization of contracts, agreements and other legal documents by notary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, consulate etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with different government authorities like MOL, Economic Department, Municipality, DMCC, JAFZA, Civil Defense, RERA, Customs, Federal Tax Authority etc. to acquire approvals for the company
- Degree or Masters in Law or similar relevant field
- Proven work experience min 2- 3 yrs as a Legal Expert
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of labour law and procedures
- Good organizational, and time-management skills
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
