Job Description

Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice on HR matters, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Handle legal processes related to the TAMM system. Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with relevant authorities when required. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes to UAE laws and regulations. Advise management on potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions. Ensure all legal documentation and processes align with local legislation. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum of 6 years practicing law in the UAE, with a focus on labor law and corporate matters. Nationality: Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred. License: Valid UAE driving license is required. Additional Skills: Proficiency in handling HR-related legal issues and using the TAMM system. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent legal drafting and analytical abilities.
